Sales Associate

Summary

The Sales Associate provides an elevated client experience at the Toronto Premium Outlet store. The role drives individual and store sales through product expertise, clienteling, and support for store operations.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales and commercial KPIs while delivering welcoming, personalized service.
• Share styling expertise, seasonal trends, product knowledge, and brand knowledge with clients.
• Build client relationships, capture client information, and follow up on sales, events, and inquiries.
• Keep the sales floor and stockroom organized and collaborate with colleagues and management.
• Follow company policies and procedures and remain receptive to feedback and learning.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or a related customer-service role.
• Experience generating sales and developing client relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and time-management skills.
• Computer skills, including POS operation and Microsoft Office.
• Passion for the brand and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
