Summary
Responsible for achieving individual sales objectives while developing and servicing a clientele for luxury products. Provide outstanding customer service, maintain product knowledge across collections, and support after sales service and light repair tasks in store.
Responsibilities
- Achieve preset sales objectives and individual targets
- Develop and maintain a network of clientele and promote boutique relationships
- Capture and update client information to support sales and follow up
- Provide exceptional customer service and build customer trust
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge across writing instruments watches leather goods and accessories
- Develop working knowledge of simple pen repair and after sales service techniques
- Maintain the aesthetic quality and merchandising standards of the store
- Perform physical tasks including standing on the sales floor most of the day reaching bending and occasional ladder use
Requirements
- Previous retail sales experience; luxury product or jewelry sales preferred
- Strong customer service skills with ability to establish effective customer relationships
- Excellent interpersonal communication and computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Bilingual English and Mandarin preferred
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and unpacking
