Summary
Ambassador of the Maison responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets while delivering exceptional client experiences across all touch points. Participate in daily boutique operations and support client relationship development through proactive outreach and CRM tools. Maintain brand standards and contribute to in-store events and merchandising to drive business performance.
Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
- Provide outstanding customer service including greeting clients and maintaining product knowledge throughout the sales process.
- Cultivate new and existing client relationships and accurately capture client data for follow-up.
- Support after sales clients and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Assist with daily boutique setup, merchandising, displays, and back-stock maintenance.
- Participate in inventories, cycle counts, and prepare for audits.
- Support special projects such as price changes and back-office responsibilities.
- Partner with management on in-store and offsite events and networking initiatives.
- Comply with security and operational policies and procedures for the boutique.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail.
- Must be able to work weekends including Saturday and Sunday and one weekday consistently.
- College degree preferred.
- Computer and internet savvy with MS Office required; SAP preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong customer service focus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Additional language skills and knowledge of timepiece movements are a plus.
- Professional demeanor and ability to represent the brand as a Maison Ambassador.
