Summary
As an Ambassador of the Maison, the Sales Associate achieves and exceeds sales targets, develops a client portfolio, and ensures an exceptional client experience across all touch points while participating in daily boutique operations.
Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
- Greet and acknowledge every customer and provide outstanding customer service before during and after sales.
- Cultivate new and existing client relationships and accurately capture client data for follow-up.
- Support and participate in in-store and offsite events and networking initiatives.
- Assist with daily boutique set-up breakdown merchandising and maintenance of displays and back-stock.
- Participate in daily and annual inventories and cycle counts to ensure successful audits.
- Assist after sales clients and provide recommendations when dedicated after-sales staff are not available.
- Understand and comply with security and operational policies and procedures for the Group Maison and boutique.
Requirements
- College degree preferred.
- 2 to 5 years previous experience in luxury retail service or hospitality environment.
- General knowledge of timepiece movements.
- Computer and internet savvy with MS Office experience SAP knowledge preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong customer service orientation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
- Must be available to work retail hours including weekends and travel for trainings and client events.
