Summary

Sales Associate responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences at the Millenia Mall store through clienteling, product knowledge, and supporting store operations. Role focuses on driving sales and commercial KPIs while maintaining a welcoming and organized retail environment. Works collaboratively with colleagues and management to foster repeat business and uphold brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
• Provide an elevated guest experience and ensure the store is guest ready
• Offer styling expertise and product knowledge to build sales
• Engage in clienteling and cultivate new and existing client relationships
• Initiate regular client contact and follow up on sales and inquiries
• Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
• Demonstrate brand knowledge and communicate Brand DNA
• Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
• Adhere to company policies and retail procedures

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in retail, sales, or customer service
• Experience generating sales and developing client relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time management skills
• Passion for the brand and product offering
• Computer skills including POS and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Demonstrated customer empathy and service orientation
