Summary

Sales Associate responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets in a luxury boutique. The role involves developing clientele, maintaining product knowledge across collections, assisting with simple repairs and after sales service, and preserving the store aesthetic.

Responsibilities

• Achieve preset sales objectives
• Develop network and clientele
• Capture and maintain client information to support boutique relationships and sales
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Maintain strong product knowledge of various collections
• Perform simple pen repair and after sales service techniques
• Maintain the aesthetic quality of the store
• Stand on the sales floor for the majority of the workday

Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience; luxury or jewelry experience preferred
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build trust with customers
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Bilingual English and Mandarin preferred
• Ability to reach, bend, and occasionally use a ladder to access product
• Ability to unpack and lift large boxes
