Sales Associate

Summary

Customer-facing sales role responsible for achieving individual sales targets, developing client relationships, and delivering exceptional service for luxury products. The role requires strong product knowledge, attention to detail, and frequent time on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Achieve preset sales objectives
• Develop and maintain a network of clients
• Capture and update client information to support boutique relationships and sales
• Provide outstanding customer service and build customer trust
• Maintain strong product knowledge across collections
• Perform basic pen repair and after sales service techniques
• Maintain the aesthetic quality and presentation of the store
• Handle unpacking and lifting of product boxes as needed

Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience; luxury or jewelry experience preferred
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to stand on the sales floor for extended periods (about 90% of the day)
• Ability to reach, bend, and occasionally use a ladder to access product
• Bilingual English and Mandarin preferred
