Responsibilities- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators, including individual sales volume, units per transaction, and average dollar per transaction.
- Maintain a strong motivation for results and a positive attitude by prioritizing teamwork at all times.
- Ensure a welcoming, customer-focused environment, offering top-notch service in person, by phone, and through electronic communication.
- Develop a local and international client book with the ability to recruit and develop top clients.
- Demonstrate strong product expertise, engaging clients by detailing product features and stories.
- Resolve issues in partnership with the management team to ensure each customer issue is properly resolved for the benefit of the business.
- Support product movements, merchandising, visual merchandising, and store maintenance as needed.
- Assist in locating products in other stores for clients and process charge-send sales according to company guidelines.
- Responsible for individual stock assignments, including organizing stock on the sales floor and in the backroom.
- Participate in all inventories and cycle counts and protect store assets by understanding and adhering to operational procedures.
- Assist in gift wrapping or packaging client products as needed.
Requirements- At least 3 years of retail sales and customer service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment.
- Strong motivation for business results with a passion for creativity, fashion, and the brand.
- Ability to develop strong and lasting relationships with people through communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Provide exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and through electronic communication.
- Read, count, and write accurately to complete all business and client-related documentation.
- Ability to adjust priorities and manage time in a dynamic environment, adaptable to strategies that respond to evolving business trends.
- Ability to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to use all equipment necessary to perform the job, including telephone systems, cash register, tag remover, computers, and other office equipment.
- Ability to stand for long periods, move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures, and lift at least 30 lbs.
- Willingness to adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.
