Summary

The Sales Associate drives sales and provides an exceptional client experience at the National Harbor store. The role includes clienteling, styling guidance, product knowledge, and support for store operations.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals and commercial KPIs.
• Welcome clients, offer styling expertise and product knowledge, and deliver an elevated client experience.
• Build client relationships, capture client data, and follow up on sales, events, and inquiries.
• Maintain an organized sales floor and stockroom, and collaborate with colleagues and management.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or a related customer service role.
• Experience generating sales and developing client relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and time management skills.
• Computer skills, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
