Summary

Hiring event for Sales and Support roles at a store location, seeking candidates to join the sales team across footwear, apparel, and accessories departments. Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide product recommendations
• Assist customers with fitting and sizing in Kid's Shoes and Men's Shoes
• Support Women's Apparel and Accessories sales by styling and merchandising
• Process transactions and handle point of sale duties
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation
• Participate in hiring event and interview process as needed
• Help with inventory tasks and restocking
• Offer excellent customer service to drive sales and loyalty

Requirements

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and events
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable working on the sales floor and handling merchandise
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting
• Reliable transportation to the store location
• Availability to attend the hiring event or complete interview process
