Sales Associate

Summary

Hiring event for multiple store sales and support roles at The Mall at Green Hills location including sales, beauty, and designated selling associate positions. On the spot interviews and offers may be made and candidates should expect typical retail physical demands and customer service duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers on the sales floor
• Handle merchandise including lifting and reaching to stock and retrieve items
• Operate point of sale and complete transactions as required
• Maintain visual presentation and merchandise organization
• Support inventory management and loss prevention efforts
• Collaborate with team members and managers to meet sales goals
• Participate in hiring event interview process when attending the event

Requirements

• Ability to perform continuous movement for 6-8 hours with frequent bending and reaching
• Frequent use of hands for grasping and fine manipulation
• Able to lift regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
• Customer focused with strong communication skills
• Available to attend the hiring event and interview during event hours
• Willingness to work retail schedules including weekends and holidays
