Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
- Provide an elevated and welcoming client experience on the sales floor
- Build sales through styling expertise seasonal trends and product knowledge
- Execute clienteling by capturing client data and cultivating relationships
- Initiate regular client contact and follow up on sales events and inquiries
- Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
- Collaborate and communicate openly with colleagues and management
- Adhere to company policies and retail operating procedures
- Demonstrate continuous learning and incorporate feedback
Requirements
- 1+ years experience in retail sales or industry adjacent customer service
- Proven experience generating sales and developing client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational follow up and time management skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Passion for the brand and product offerings
- Ability to work retail schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
