Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
• Provide an elevated and welcoming client experience on the sales floor
• Build sales through styling expertise seasonal trends and product knowledge
• Execute clienteling by capturing client data and cultivating relationships
• Initiate regular client contact and follow up on sales events and inquiries
• Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
• Collaborate and communicate openly with colleagues and management
• Adhere to company policies and retail operating procedures

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in retail sales or industry adjacent customer service
• Proven experience generating sales and developing client relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational follow up and time management skills
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office suite
• Passion for the brand and product offerings
• Ability to work retail schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
