Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Provide product knowledge and styling advice for womens ready to wear
• Drive sales through personalized service and suggestive selling
• Process transactions and handle payments accurately
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and organized displays
• Receive and organize new merchandise and assist with inventory counts
• Build and maintain customer relationships and follow up on leads

Requirements

• Previous retail or sales experience in fashion or related field
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work part-time hours including weekends and holidays
• Professional presentation and passion for fashion
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks
