Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide personalized product recommendations for home merchandise
• Drive sales through active selling and client relationship building
• Maintain visual merchandising and stock presentation standards
• Process transactions accurately and handle point of sale duties
• Assist with receiving and replenishing inventory on the sales floor
• Support store operations including housekeeping and organization
• Participate in product training and share product knowledge with customers

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail or sales experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible part time schedule including weekends and holidays
• Reliable presence and ability to stand for extended periods
• Basic math skills and comfort using point of sale systems
• Ability to lift moderate weight for merchandising tasks
