Summary

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with product selection and purchases
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation
• Handle merchandise including lifting, stocking and organizing shelves
• Operate point of sale and complete transactions accurately
• Support fulfillment activities including receiving and processing orders
• Collaborate with team to meet sales goals and deliver service
• Use store technology and computer applications to complete tasks
• Work flexible schedules based on business needs

Requirements

• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using various technologies and computer applications
• Ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours and perform frequent bending and reaching
• Frequent use of hands for grasping and manipulation
• Ability to lift regularly up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
