Summary
The Sales Associate is a brand ambassador responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and representing the brand from welcome to close. The role focuses on achieving sales goals through product expertise, client development, and adherence to brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Strive to meet or exceed store goals and personal KPIs
- Initiate and leverage sales opportunities with existing and prospective customers
- Maintain customer correspondence to build and enhance client relationships
- Follow established sales techniques and service standards
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge and awareness of industry trends
- Perform opening and closing store duties and assist with inventory
- Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards
- Support company initiatives related to product launches and customer service
- Participate in training of new sales associates when requested
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in luxury retail including high end watch sales
- Proven success in client service in a luxury environment
- Strong organization, communication, and follow up skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple demands
- Results oriented and self motivated to achieve management defined goals
- Flexible to work any day of the week including weekends
- Computer proficiency required
