Summary
The Sales Associate is a brand ambassador who represents the brand and provides exceptional client service from welcome to close, leveraging product knowledge and sales techniques to elevate the customer experience and meet store goals.
Responsibilities
- Strive to meet or exceed store goals and personal KPIs
- Initiate and leverage sales opportunities with existing and prospective customers
- Maintain customer correspondence to build and enhance relationships and drive sales
- Follow established sales techniques and service standards
- Develop and maintain strong product and industry knowledge
- Assist with inventory, store opening and closing duties and special projects
- Support visual merchandising standards under direction from corporate and management
- Maintain professional appearance and behavior consistent with brand dress code
- Partner with team to achieve store goals and participate in training when requested
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in luxury retail including high end watch sales
- Proven success in client service within a luxury environment
- Strong organization, communication and follow up skills
- High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple demands
- Results oriented and self motivated to achieve management defined goals
- Highly flexible and able to work as part of a team in a demanding environment
- Availability to be scheduled any day of the week including weekends
- Computer proficiency
