Summary
The Retail Sales Associate provides exceptional customer service, builds strong client relationships, and meets sales targets while demonstrating in-depth product knowledge of eyewear and related services. This role supports omnichannel customer experiences and assists with minor adjustments and repairs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and personalized recommendations.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and conduct follow-up communication.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
- Stay current on product knowledge, trends and brand offerings.
- Assist with minor adjustments and repairs to eyewear.
- Maintain a clean and visually appealing sales floor and back of house areas.
- Provide omnichannel support to ensure a seamless online and in-store customer experience.
- Adhere to brand policies and procedures and perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in eyewear or luxury retail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to multi-task.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Punctual, reliable and a collaborative team player.
