Summary
Provide exceptional customer service and product expertise in a luxury eyewear retail environment, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets while supporting omnichannel experiences. Maintain store presentation and assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and personalized recommendations.
- Maintain in-depth product and brand knowledge including warranties and optical features.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
- Build and maintain client relationships and perform follow-up communication.
- Provide omnichannel support to ensure a seamless online and in-store customer experience.
- Assist with minor adjustments and repairs of eyewear.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Adhere to brand policies and procedures and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in eyewear or luxury retail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong client relationship ability.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and problem-solve under pressure.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Experience operating a POS system preferred.
