Job Description

Summary

As a Sales Associate at Sunglass Hut, you will play a crucial role in delivering an authentic and energetic experience to customers, helping them find premium quality eyewear. You will be part of a global community, contributing to the success of the store and the brand.

Responsibilities
  • Consistently deliver sales plans and company objectives by cultivating new and existing customer relationships and building brand loyalty.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience through personalized and unique shopping experiences, resulting in customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to a positive store environment by fostering strong, professional relationships with peers and management.
  • Maintain the appearance of the store and ensure displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized.
  • Secure all company assets under your control and help foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to embrace new technology and change with a high level of accuracy.
  • Self-accountability for sales results with a drive to meet goals.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment.
