Summary

The Sales Associate drives sales and delivers an exceptional client experience at the Ontario Mills store. The role includes clienteling, product and styling expertise, and supporting store operations.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals and commercial KPIs.
• Provide a welcoming, elevated client experience and expert styling and product guidance.
• Build and maintain client relationships through data capture, regular contact, and prompt follow-up.
• Keep the sales floor and stockroom organized and collaborate with colleagues and management.
• Follow company policies and procedures and seek feedback to support continued learning.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail, sales, or related customer service experience.
• Experience generating sales and developing client relationships.
• Strong communication, organizational, follow-up, and time management skills.
• Computer skills, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
