The Sales Associate acts as a brand ambassador delivering exceptional client service from welcome to close, representing product and brand knowledge to elevate the customer experience and meet store goals.
Responsibilities
- Strive to meet or exceed store sales goals and personal KPIs
- Initiate and leverage sales opportunities with existing and prospective customers
- Maintain customer correspondence to build and enhance client relationships
- Follow established sales techniques and service standards
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge and industry awareness
- Perform opening and closing store duties and assist with inventory and special projects
- Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards under direction
- Maintain professional appearance and behavior and support company initiatives
- Collaborate with team and participate in training when requested
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in luxury retail including high end watch sales
- Proven success in client service within a luxury environment
- Strong organization, communication and follow up skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple demands
- Results oriented and self motivated to achieve management defined goals
- Flexible to work variable schedule including weekends
- Ability to work as part of a team in a demanding environment
- Computer proficiency
