Sales Associate responsible for driving personal and store sales by delivering excellent customer service, representing the brand and supporting store operations. Role focuses on building client relationships, maintaining product knowledge and executing omni channel initiatives under the direction of the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Achieve personal and store sales goals through proactive selling and client engagement
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a world class client experience
• Maintain thorough product knowledge and brand history
• Support visual merchandising and merchandising guidelines and standards
• Execute omni channel services and initiatives
• Represent and promote brand values and culture in store
• Assist in store operations as directed by Store Manager

Requirements

• Passion for fashion and knowledge of trends, particularly denim
• Strong customer service and relationship building skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced retail environment
