Responsibilities- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators including sales volume, units per transaction, and average dollar per transaction.
- Maintain a strong drive for results and a positive, team-first attitude.
- Ensure a welcoming client-focused environment offering best in class service in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.
- Develop a local and international client book and recruit top clients.
- Demonstrate strong product expertise and engage clients with product details and stories.
- Support floor moves, merchandising, visual merchandising, and housekeeping as needed.
- Assist in locating merchandise at other boutiques and accurately process charge-send sales.
- Participate in inventory and cycle counts and protect boutique assets by following operating procedures.
Requirements- At least 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment.
- Strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity, fashion, and the brand.
- Ability to develop strong and lasting relationships with strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.
- Ability to adjust priorities and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to operate necessary equipment including phone systems, cash register, and computers.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 30 lbs.
