Sales Associate - Palm Beach

Summary

Provide a personalized client experience at the Palm Beach boutique, build and maintain strong client relationships, and meet or exceed individual and store sales targets in a luxury ready-to-wear environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
• Use product knowledge to increase sales, units per transaction, and average transaction value
• Enter and maintain client information in the client relationship management system
• Promote store events via email, phone, and personalized notes
• Maintain and expand a client book and consistently follow up on client issues
• Support shipping and receiving and inventory control as requested
• Assist with general housekeeping and maintaining the store image

Requirements

• Minimum of two years retail sales experience selling ready-to-wear in a luxury environment
• Passion for fashion and the luxury goods industry
• Outstanding interpersonal and clienteling skills
• Computer literate and able to use various software packages
• Experience with advanced clienteling and consignment processes
