Job Description

We are a premium Italian heritage footwear brand, renowned for our meticulous craftsmanship and timeless style. Our newest location on Madison Avenue opened its doors in December 2024, bringing our artisanal collections to a discerning New York clientele. We pride ourselves on delivering an elevated shopping experience, combining heritage techniques with modern design aesthetics.

Overview

As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring that each customer receives personalized attention. Your goal is to create meaningful connections with shoppers, share product knowledge, and uphold the welcoming, boutique-like environment we are known for.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience
  • Greet customers and cultivate a warm, inviting atmosphere.
  • Offer tailored product recommendations, including fit, style, and care advice.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the brand’s heritage, collection details, and craftsmanship to confidently answer questions.
Sales & Performance
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive client engagement.
  • Build and nurture ongoing relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Utilize point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently.
Store Presentation
  • Keep displays and merchandise visually appealing, well-stocked, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and restocking products.
  • Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and back-of-house areas.
Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with fellow associates to create a cohesive and supportive store environment.
  • Share best practices, product knowledge, and customer insights to continuously enhance team performance.
  • Participate in store meetings and training sessions to stay updated on policies, product launches, and brand storytelling.
Operational Excellence
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Ensure accurate handling of transactions and the protection of store assets.
  • Contribute to a positive, solution-oriented atmosphere.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Previous retail or sales experience (preferably in luxury or premium fashion/footwear).
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills; ability to engage authentically with diverse customers.
  • Style & Product Knowledge: Interest in and understanding of fashion, particularly footwear and leather goods.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with a small, dedicated team.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work a varied schedule, including weekends, holidays, and special events.
  • Motivation: Self-starter with a passion for achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service.
