Sales Associate - Perimeter Mall

Summary

Hiring event for multiple sales roles at the Perimeter Mall store offering on-the-spot interviews and potential offers for positions in men's apparel, women's apparel, women's shoes, kids apparel and shoes, accessories and related sales functions. Roles involve customer service, merchandising and transaction processing in a fast paced retail environment with physical activity throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with product selection and purchases
• Maintain sales floor presentation and merchandise displays
• Process transactions and handle cash or card payments accurately
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
• Support inventory tasks including stocking and replenishment
• Participate in fitting room assistance and returns processing
• Meet sales goals and contribute to team performance
• Follow store policies and loss prevention procedures

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to perform continuous movement for 6-8 hours including bending and lifting
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable availability to work retail schedules including weekends
• Willingness to complete interview and hiring event process on site
