Summary
The Sales Associate delivers best in class client service, achieves individual sales goals, and builds lasting client relationships through product knowledge and selling ceremonies while supporting Boutique operations.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators including sales volume, units per transaction, and average dollar per transaction
- Provide welcoming, client focused service in person, by phone, and via electronic communication
- Develop and maintain a local and international client book and recruit top clients
- Demonstrate strong product expertise and engage clients through product stories and details
- Support floor moves, merchandising, visual merchandising, and housekeeping as needed
- Locate merchandise at other Boutiques and accurately process charge send sales per guidelines
- Participate in inventory and cycle counts and protect Boutique assets by following procedures
- Assist with packing or wrapping customers merchandise when necessary
- Problem solve client issues in partnership with leadership to reach satisfactory resolutions
Requirements
- At least 3 years of retail sales and client service experience preferably in luxury consumer goods
- Strong drive for business results and passion for fashion and the brand
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow through to develop lasting relationships
- Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to operate phone systems, cash register, sensor tag remover, computers, and other equipment
- Ability to read, count, and write to complete business and client documentation accurately
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 30 lbs
