Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs, share product knowledge, and provide thoughtful styling recommendations.
• Build business through outreach, clienteling, and digital tools while meeting or exceeding sales goals and key performance indicators.
• Support colleagues through coaching, collaboration, training, and participation in store initiatives.
• Maintain visual standards, provide feedback to management, and contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends; experience using digital sales tools is preferred.
