Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding client service and personalized styling assistance
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling
• Maintain visual standards and merchandise presentation on the sales floor
• Process transactions accurately and handle cash and payments
• Build and maintain clienteling records and follow up with customers
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment
• Support store operations including fitting room and floor maintenance

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years retail or sales experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for fashion and product knowledge in ready to wear
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
