Sales Associate responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences at the Rosemont store through clienteling, merchandising, and operational support while driving individual and store sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
- Provide an inviting guest ready environment where clients feel welcomed
- Build sales through styling expertise, product knowledge, and seasonal trends
- Engage in clienteling by capturing client data and initiating regular client contact
- Follow up promptly on sales events and client inquiries
- Collaborate and communicate openly with colleagues and management
- Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Continuously seek feedback and maintain a learning attitude
Requirements
- 1+ years experience in retail sales or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
- Proven experience generating sales and building client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
- Familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Passion for the brand and product offering
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
