Sales Associate - Ross Park

Summary

Join the store team to provide exceptional customer service and support sales across lingerie, women's apparel, active, men's apparel, and accessories at the Ross Park location. Participate in interviews at the hiring event with potential on-the-spot offers and support store operations and merchandising activities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers to drive sales and deliver a positive shopping experience
• Maintain merchandise presentation and store visual standards
• Process transactions and handle customer inquiries at the point of sale
• Support fitting room operations and customer styling needs
• Help with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory as needed
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales goals and KPIs
• Participate in hiring event interviews when applicable

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours per shift
• Frequent bending, lifting, reaching, and use of hands for handling merchandise
• Ability to lift regularly up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds for stock roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work flexible retail hours including weekends and holidays
