Full-time Sales Associate responsible for developing personal clientele and representing the brand through in-store and virtual client interactions. The role supports sales targets, maintains product and visual standards, and performs key-holder and back of house duties as needed.
Responsibilities
- Represent the brand through client interactions in-store and virtually
- Develop and maintain personal clientele with consistent follow up via phone and email
- Fulfill key-holder duties including store opening and closing and cash handling
- Maintain high level of product knowledge and customer service standards
- Manage client book and provide after sales service
- Support inventory management, shipping and receiving, and end of day procedures
- Proactively pursue opportunities to meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained
- Be proficient with register systems and assist with special projects
Requirements
- Proven retail sales experience with focus on client development
- Ability to perform key-holder responsibilities and cash handling
- Experience managing inventory and back of house tasks
- Strong communication and follow up skills with clients
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets and maintain productivity
- Attention to visual merchandising and store standards
- Proficiency with point of sale and register systems
