Full-time sales associate responsible for developing personal clientele, representing the brand in-store and virtually, and contributing to the store's sales performance and visual standards. Role includes key-holder duties, inventory tasks, and providing exceptional customer and after sales service.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain personal clientele with consistent follow up via phone email and thank you letters
- Provide prompt attentive and knowledgeable assistance to all clients to ensure high service standards
- Fulfill key-holder responsibilities including opening closing cash handling and end of day procedures
- Manage client book and maintain high productivity to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Perform cash wrap standards and be proficient with register systems
- Assist with inventory shipping receiving and back of house coverage as needed
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained at all times
- Proactively identify opportunities to achieve financial targets and increase sales
Requirements
- Prior retail sales or clienteling experience preferred
- Ability to perform key-holder cash handling and end of day procedures
- Strong communication and customer service skills for in-store and virtual interactions
- Experience with inventory management shipping and receiving tasks
- Capability to maintain client book and deliver after sales service
- Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast paced retail environment
- Comfortable with point of sale register systems and store procedures
