Responsibilities- Act as a Brand Ambassador by providing an exceptional client experience and promoting the Retail Excellence Program.
- Meet and exceed sales goals on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis.
- Capture client data and foster genuine client relationships to achieve core KPIs such as sales, UPT, and ATV.
- Maintain client relationships through after-sales services, including thank you notes, follow-up calls, and product repair or maintenance.
- Support the team in generating new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.
- Open and close consignments, process returns and exchanges.
- Communicate effectively and build strong partnerships with clients, peers, and management.
- Develop business-driving initiatives, contests, and events.
- Handle customer repairs and advise clients on the best fit of pieces.
Requirements- Minimum of two years of experience in a retail environment, luxury experience preferred.
- Full understanding of specialty retail and effective clienteling.
- Proficiency in operating retail point of sale systems, Word, Excel, and email.
- Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment, multitasking with ease while balancing daily responsibilities.
- A positive, outgoing, high-energy personality that is entrepreneurial and sales-focused.
