Join the Valentino team within our Bloomingdale's concession. As a Bloomingdale's employee dedicated to Valentino, you will deliver exceptional client service, drive sales, and create memorable luxury shopping experiences while representing the Valentino brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships in-store and online
• Deliver personalized styling and product recommendations
• Drive sales and support customer loyalty initiatives
• Maintain merchandising and presentation standards
• Support operational excellence and selling floor execution
• Utilize technology and clienteling tools to enhance the customer experience

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Passion for luxury retail, fashion, and client service
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to bend, reach, kneel, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Comfortable using POS systems, handheld devices, and retail technology
