Summary

Drive sales and deliver exceptional service in a luxury boutique environment. Build lasting client relationships and develop a loyal clientele while supporting High Jewelry sales.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals by providing exceptional service and balancing daily business with High Jewelry sales.
• Develop new business through community events, client outreach, boutique events, and clienteling tools.
• Oversee CRM initiatives, including client data accuracy, communications, gifting campaigns, and reporting.
• Set up and break down displays and maintain the boutique's aesthetic quality.
• Travel as required.

Requirements

• Seven years of experience preferred, along with a bachelor's degree or jewelry certification.
• Strong ability to build lasting client relationships in a fast-paced luxury environment.
• Excellent in-person and written communication skills and a commitment to outstanding service.
