Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales and service goals.
• Acquire new customers, develop existing clients, and build a loyal personal client base.
• Communicate with clients about events, merchandise requests, sales follow-up, and new arrivals.
• Complete floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and other sales support tasks.
• Attend product knowledge and vendor education sessions, and resolve customer service issues.
• Comply with health, safety, privacy, and cybersecurity policies.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in a commission-based luxury sales environment.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong collaboration, fashion trend awareness, and product knowledge.
• Ability to use social media and technology to promote a personal brand and build client relationships.
• Proactive client outreach and a track record of strong customer service.
