Job Description

Summary

Join the new SoHo boutique as a Sales Advisor responsible for delivering exceptional luxury client experiences, achieving personal and boutique sales targets, and representing the brand both inside and outside the store. The role requires independent initiative, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to maintaining boutique standards.

Responsibilities

  • Host clients and provide personalized customer experiences.
  • Exceed client expectations through creative approaches.
  • Introduce clients to services including part-exchange and other offerings.
  • Develop personal clientele through proactive outreach and selling skills.
  • Act as a brand ambassador inside and outside the boutique.
  • Maintain the boutique according to global operating standards.
  • Support boutique organization and teamwork.
  • Lead appraisal process for timepieces involved in part-exchange.

Requirements

  • Background in sales or hospitality preferred.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Curious, resourceful, and able to work independently.
  • Result oriented, driven, accountable and reliable.
  • Organized, disciplined, and able to manage diverse tasks.
  • Deep understanding of client satisfaction and luxury etiquette.
  • Outgoing personality with good interpersonal and empathetic skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the role.
