Sales Associate - Soho

Summary

Represent the Maison by delivering an exceptional client experience and achieving or exceeding sales targets. Build and maintain client relationships while supporting the daily operations of the boutique.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales targets and provide knowledgeable, personalized service throughout the client journey.
• Develop client relationships, accurately record client information, and participate in client events and networking.
• Support boutique setup, merchandising, inventory counts, security procedures, and other daily operations.
• Resolve client concerns and escalate issues to management when appropriate.

Requirements

• Two to five years of luxury retail experience; a college degree is preferred.
• Available to work Saturdays, Sundays, and one weekday, as well as retail hours and occasional travel for training and events.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and multitasking skills.
• Computer and internet proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is preferred.
• Additional language skills and general knowledge of timepiece movements are preferred.
