Sales Associate - South Coast Plaza

Summary

Represent the brand as a Jimmy Choo ambassador by delivering attentive service and building strong client relationships. Support store sales goals, daily operations, inventory, and visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with product selections and try-ons, maintain product knowledge, and provide prompt customer and after-sales service.
• Develop client relationships through follow-up calls, emails, thank-you notes, and merchandise shipping.
• Achieve sales targets, pursue opportunities to increase sales, and manage client books.
• Perform key-holder duties, including store opening and closing, cash handling, and end-of-day procedures.
• Support inventory, shipping and receiving, special projects, merchandising, and visual standards.
• Use store register systems and comply with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including terminology associated with Jimmy Choo shoes and accessories.
• Provide excellent client service and maintain professional uniform and grooming standards.
• Be able to support back-of-house activities and inventory tasks as needed.
