Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
• Provide exceptional client service and a welcoming store environment
• Build sales through styling expertise and product knowledge
• Manage stages of the client journey to drive repeat business
• Capture and maintain client data and cultivate relationships
• Initiate regular client contact and follow up on inquiries and sales
• Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
• Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
• Adhere to company policies and operational procedures

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in retail, sales, or related customer service role
• Proven experience generating sales and developing client relations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
• Passion for the brand and product offering
• Computer skills including POS operation and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Demonstrated client centric behavior and service excellence
