Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
- Provide exceptional client service and maintain a guest ready store
- Build sales through styling expertise, seasonal trend knowledge, and product expertise
- Execute the client journey and behaviors to drive repeat business
- Capture client data and cultivate new and existing client relationships
- Initiate regular client contact and provide prompt follow up on sales and inquiries
- Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom and adhere to policies
- Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
Requirements
- 1+ years experience in retail, sales, or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
- Proven experience generating sales and building client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management abilities
- Computer skills including POS operation and Microsoft Office navigation
- Passion for the brand and product offering
- Flexible to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
