Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with product selection and styling for tabletop items
• Maintain deep product knowledge of crystal and fine china to advise customers
• Drive sales and achieve individual and store targets
• Create engaging merchandise presentations and maintain visual standards
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
• Process transactions accurately and handle cash and card payments
• Participate in inventory counts and stock replenishment

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years retail experience, preferably in tabletop or luxury home goods
• Strong customer service and sales skills with a polished professional manner
