Summary

The Sales Associate delivers exceptional service and drives sales at the Tampa Premium store. This role builds client relationships, shares styling and product expertise, and supports store operations.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals and commercial KPIs.
• Create a welcoming, guest-ready environment and provide an elevated client experience.
• Use styling expertise, product knowledge, and seasonal trends to build sales.
• Develop client relationships, capture client data, and follow up on sales, events, and inquiries.
• Maintain an organized sales floor and stockroom, and collaborate with colleagues and management.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or a related customer-service role.
• Experience generating sales and developing client relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and time-management skills.
• Computer skills, including POS operation and Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
