Summary
The Retail Sales Associate provides exceptional customer service, builds client relationships, maintains product knowledge, and works to achieve sales targets in a luxury eyewear boutique. The role requires assisting customers with personalized recommendations, supporting omnichannel experiences, and maintaining store presentation and minor repairs.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and personalized styling recommendations.
- Build and maintain client relationships including follow-up communication.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain in-depth product and brand knowledge including warranties and optical add-ons.
- Support omnichannel customer experiences across online and in-store platforms.
- Assist with minor adjustments and repairs to eyewear.
- Maintain a clean, organized and visually appealing sales floor and back of house.
- Adhere to brand policies and procedures and perform duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in eyewear or luxury retail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with client relationship ability.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and multitasking ability.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive results.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Team-player attitude and problem-solving skills.
