In-store sales role focused on assisting customers with merchandise across women s apparel, shoes, lingerie, accessories and jewelry, and men s apparel. Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers to drive sales
• Provide product knowledge across assigned departments
• Handle merchandise including lifting and stocking items
• Maintain visual presentation and store standards
• Process transactions and operate point of sale
• Collaborate with team to meet sales goals
• Participate in interviews and hiring events as required

Requirements

• Ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours per shift
• Frequent bending, twisting, squatting and reaching
• Frequent use of hands for grasping and manipulation
• Ability to lift items up to 25 pounds occasionally
• Customer service orientation and communication skills
• Availability to attend hiring event or interview during store hours
