Summary
Act as a Maison ambassador delivering exceptional client experiences while achieving and exceeding sales targets. Participate in daily boutique operations, support after sales clients, and proactively develop a client portfolio through CRM initiatives and in-person events.
Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management
- Greet and engage customers providing outstanding customer service before during and after sales
- Cultivate new and existing client relationships and accurately capture client data for follow up
- Assist and support after sales clients and escalate issues to management as needed
- Participate in in store and offsite events and networking to develop client prospects
- Assist with daily boutique set up breakdown merchandising and back stock maintenance
- Participate in daily and annual inventories and cycle counts to ensure successful audits
- Support special projects such as price changes and back office responsibilities
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of luxury retail experience
- Ability to work retail hours including weekends and consistent Saturdays and Sundays
- College degree preferred
- Computer and internet savvy with MS Office required SAP knowledge preferred
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and strong customer service orientation
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Additional language skills and knowledge of timepiece movements preferred
