Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and sales support on the sales floor
• Assist customers with product selection and fitting as needed
• Handle merchandise including receiving, stocking, and organizing sales floor
• Perform continuous movement tasks such as bending, reaching, and lifting during shifts
• Operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and provide feedback

Requirements

• Ability to perform physical tasks including frequent bending and lifting up to 25 pounds
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Availability to attend hiring event and work retail hours including weekends
• Basic cash handling and point-of-sale experience preferred
• Willingness to learn product knowledge across assigned departments
