Sales Associate - Troy

Summary

The Sales Associate represents the Maison and works to achieve sales targets while developing a client portfolio. The role delivers an exceptional client experience and supports the boutique's daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets and provide exceptional service throughout the client journey.
• Build client relationships, capture client information, and participate in client events.
• Support daily boutique operations, merchandising, inventory counts, and security procedures.
• Address client concerns and provide after-sales support in accordance with Maison values.

Requirements

• Two to five years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality.
• General knowledge of timepiece movements and proficiency with computers, internet, and MS Office; SAP knowledge is preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends, and travel for trainings and events.
• A college degree is preferred; additional language skills are a plus.
